“A’gape” is a garden apartment in a Victorian House, comprising ground floor spacious dining kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, small hi-fi (with CD player, tape and radio), kettle, toaster, and plenty of storage space for food and all your nick nacks.

Also on the ground floor is a Shower Room with toilet and wash basin, hallway with a few books, DVD’s, Games and Puzzles to amuse you, leading into the main lounge with LCD TV including Freesat, DVD Player, a single bed and a double futon.  This leads out into the garden/patio area with seating which looks out over Ilfracombe, the harbour area and sea views.

From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor and the main bedroom with double bed and double futon with excellent sea views, along the coast to Hillsborough.

“A’gape” is equipped to cater for 4 people - two in the upstairs bedroom and  either 1 in the single bed in the lounge or both in the double pull-out futon.

Please see availability on the Tariff Page. Short breaks by arrangement from October to June, Easter Week and June to October on a weekly basis only.
Please note that Bedlinen, Pillowcases and Duvet Covers, hand towels and bath towels are NOT provided.
We do ask for a £70 confirmation fee with all bookings and the balance payable 3 weeks prior to your stay, plus a £50 breakages deposit which will be refundable on departure.
Confirmation email will be sent followed by a confirmation letter and directions leaflet posted out to your address. Please let us know your expected time of arrival and time of departure so we can be there to give you your deposit back (dependent on damages)
